Management System Processor
The demo kit contains the following items
- Master board with pre-programmed Cheetah64 BMS
processor and
- RS232 port for connection to LCD panel or PC
- USB connection to PC for data output (RS232 is
redirected through USB IC)
- CAN port for data output and for configuration
across CAN bus
- Differential SPI port for connection to BMS Slave
boards through RJ45 connector
- 8 warning and error outputs with 2 controlling
built in relays, 1 controlling an LED, remaining 5 brought out to
terminal pins with low side driver capability
- 5.12v precision A-D reference and analog input for
current sensor
- CAN-4-USB/FX interface
- LCD screen with 3 button bezel and RS232 connection
to the Master board.
- Hass-50 current sensor.
- LTC6803-2 BMS board with optically isolated
communications and removable terminal strip connectors.
- DC power supply and required cables.
- Configuration software.
- Additional slave boards can be added to order at
additional cost.
